Author Guidelines

| The Article

  1. Rumoh accepts manuscripts in architecture, built environment, interiors, urban and residential design, and related disciplines (Please refer to the journal Focus and Scope). Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Upload via the OJS system (login or register here) and include a signed Declaration Form.
  2. Manuscripts may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English. Abstracts must be bilingual. Manuscripts should be 6–12 pages (approx. 4000–7000 words).
  3. Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Office Word (.docx) format.
  4. Manuscripts must follow the official double-column template: A4 paper, 2.54 cm margins, Arial Narrow 11 pt, single spacing. Title & abstracts single column; main text double column with 10 mm spacing. Paragraph indentation: 5 mm.
  5. The Indonesian title ≤14 words, ALL CAPS, bold, centered and The English title ≤14 words, italic, centered. Author names without titles, affiliations + emails in 8 pt Arial Narrow.
  6. Abstracts in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, 250–300 words, single-spaced, justified. Keywords: 3–5 words.
  7. Figures and tables must be high-quality (≥300 dpi). Tables editable (not images). Figures captioned below, tables captioned above. Equations centered and numbered on the right.
  8. Follow APA style. Use reference managers (Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero). At least 15 references, 60% from journal articles in the last 5 years.
