APPLICATION OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES FOR POST-DISASTER ECONOMIC RECOVERY WITH A CONCEPTUAL APPROACH

Abstract

Post-disaster economic recovery requires a resilient and efficient financial system. This research aims to conceptually analyse how financial management principles can be applied to support post-disaster economic recovery. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results show that the principles of budget planning, efficient use of funds, accountability and transparency play a key role in ensuring the success of economic recovery. This research provides a theoretical basis for strengthening disaster-responsive fiscal policies.
