Focus and Scope

Rumoh: Journal of Architecture is a biannual, peer-reviewed academic publication dedicated to advancing knowledge and discourse in architecture, design, and the built environment. The journal serves as a scholarly platform for researchers, practitioners, educators, and students to disseminate original, high-quality contributions that critically engage with contemporary and emerging issues in the field.

We welcome original manuscripts from both national and international authors in the form of empirical research articles, theoretical inquiries, and design-based studies. Submissions should demonstrate academic rigor, methodological clarity, and relevance to the discipline. All contributions undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure scholarly integrity and intellectual contribution.

The journal’s scope encompasses, but is not limited to, the following thematic areas:

  • Architecture
  • Landscape Architecture
  • Interior Design
  • Urban Design and Planning
  • Tourism, Heritage and Conservation
